Returns only no refunds

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No items will be accepted if the are return with any stains or smell.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted return.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return and exchange will be processed, and you will be notified via email of the credit applied for your exchange.

Please allow 5 business days of us receiving the return for your credit for exchange to be processed. If you have not received an email of your credit after 5 business days please contact us at delgadowendy568@gmail.com

Only regular priced items may be exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchange.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 1814 South Gate California US 90280

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
